Certified Localisation Professional

1

The CLP Level 1 course covers all important aspects

of localisation at a basic, introductory level. It covers ten different themes in dedicated modules, from a basic introduction to localisation, to management, engineering and translation.

2

Learn at your own pace first and then apply your

knowledge to a "real life" localisation project specially developed for CLP. Meet your fellow-learners during an intensive, hands-on four-day session at any of the partner locations worldwide while applying your skills to a localisation project, especially designed for CLP by industry experts. What could be more applied and closer to "real life"?

3

Learning and applying your newly acquired skills does

not stop when the course is over: on successful completion of the course, you will own full licenses of leading localisation tools, you will have online access to the industry's most valued source of information, Multilingual magazine, for one year, and you will be an Associate Member of The Institute of Localisation Professionals - all included in your initial registration fee.

4

This is the only professional localisation course where the

registration fee has been set in consultation with colleagues in your region - this is why TILP charges around 200 euro in developing regions and up to 800 euro in developed regions of the world. This way the real costs of the course are shared among all of those who participate. Of course, we also need to express our gratitude to the generous support received from industry and the European Union. You will find no better-value localisation course.

5

CLP is not-for-profit: it has been designed and is being

delivered to you by your colleagues in The Institute of Localisation Professionals (T1LP), the only industry organisation based exclusively on individual membership.
