FITNESS & WELLNESS UPDATE

February is Heart Healthy Month and we have so much to offer at the Sports Club to keep you happy and healthy!

We are delighted to feature fitness expert, Shannon Peterson, founder of Live Your Truth Women Fitness Coaching and ACHIEVE Personal Training & Multisport Coaching for a 1 hour informative and interactive workshop highlighting the 3 most important factors to life-long health & happiness. Join us at the Sports Club at 5pm Monday, February 27th (will be held in the studio at the Sports Club)

StretchLab will be out again at the Sports Club teaching complimentary Post Golf Group Stretch workshops Wednesday, February 15th at 3pm. A fun interactive group class that will focus on stretching the golf muscles that provide flexibility and range of motion which translates to more power and consistency in the golf swing!

Michelle is back and will be teaching couples how to give your significant other a massage! Monday, February 13th This is an hour an a half private session with our very own Michelle Norush! Couples will learn how to give each other a massage and in conclusion will each receive a certificate of completion! Email me to sign up! Rebeccas@gallerygolf com

Brenda will be back teaching a Master Swim Class

Wednesday, February 22nd at 12pm. 12 max (lanes will be closed to those not in the class)

Please follow-up by checking in at the front counter and giving your name to the staff. If you need assistance signing up for class or workshops, please ask the front desk attendants and they will be happy to help.
