IRISH EGG ROLLS

8 (7 INCH SQUARE) EGG ROLL WRAPPERS

1 ½ QUARTS OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrot, and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Lay the egg roll wrappers out on a clean dry surface a few at a time. Place about 1/2 cup of the mixture into the center of each wrap. Roll up into logs according to the directions on the package. Wet the edge with water to seal. 3

Fry rolls a few at a time, turning if necessary, for about 5 minutes, or until golden. Remove from hot oil to drain on paper towels.

For the month of March we are offering a special on Styku scans. Normally $25 per scan (or free with personal training packages) we are offering scans for $10 through March 31st. Limited one scan per person.

Group Exercise Classes

If you would like to try any of the group exercise classes that we offer here at the Wellness Center (please see the class schedule below) and don't yet have a Punchpass account please contact me via email, raustin@theriverclub-ga.com. Once your account is set up you can reserve your spot in the classes you'd like to attend.

WellBeats is a free program we offer where you can access over 500 group ex classes at any time during our operating hours. You control the class you’d like to try and when you would like to try it. Just select the class from the small screen in the group ex class and the class will play on the big screen (detailed instructions are attached next to the small screen for your convenience). Please note WellBeats is not available during regular group ex scheduled classes.
