Explore USC FAQ Registration Is there a deadline to register for Explore USC? You may register for a weekday Explore USC session up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the event. Registration is limited and reservations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no registration deadlines for Open House, Off-Campus or Online Explore USC events. What should I do if all the weekday Explore USC dates are full? Explore USC is our most popular campus visit program, so it fills quickly. Although we prefer not to limit attendance at our events, we must do so in this case to ensure the best possible experience for our visitors. We recommend that you check this site regularly, as students occasionally cancel and their spaces become available. We also offer several other campus visit opportunities throughout the spring. Please refer to our Admitted Students website and your Explore USC page for further information. Can I modify my registration? Yes, you can modify your registration by visiting your Registration page, which can be accessed through your confirmation email. You will be able to modify how many guests you are bringing as well as their information. To change the date of your weekday Explore USC event, you will need to cancel your current reservation and re-register for your desired date. Please note that for weekday Explore USC events, changes can be made up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the event. If you need to make any modifications within three (3) days of the event, contact our office at (213) 740-1111 for assistance. Counselors are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Can I be put on a waiting list? Unfortunately, we do not maintain waiting lists for any Explore USC events. Should guests attend Explore USC? Yes, in fact we strongly encourage guests to participate in any of our Explore USC events. If you bring guests to a weekday Explore USC, you will not be with them throughout the entire program. We have planned separate guest and student activities. Is there a cost to attend a weekday Explore USC? The admitted student may attend free of charge. Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend. A program fee of $50 per guest is payable by credit card upon registration. Open House, Off-Campus and Online Explore USC events are free of charge for admitted students and their guests.

Explore USC FAQ What is the purpose of collecting parental consent and student health insurance information? This gives USC permission to provide medical care in case of an emergency and is required from all student participants who will be under the age of 18 when they attend on-campus Explore USC events. Will I receive confirmation of my Explore USC reservation? Once you reserve a spot in one of our Explore USC events, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. You should bring a copy (electronic or printed) of your confirmation with you to check in. If you don’t receive your copy or need an additional confirmation emailed to you, please contact us at (213) 740-1111. Where can I find answers to other questions I have about USC and/or the USC admission process? Try checking the askUSC website for answers to common questions. We also recommend visiting our Admitted Students website, a helpful resource with information about accepting your offer of admission, applying for financial aid, events and more. You are also welcome to call us at (213) 740-1111. Counselors are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
