Delhi Heights Announces Its Residential Projects in Delhi

The notification for MPD 2021 was issued on 07/02/2007 through Government Notification No. SO 141 dated. Delhi Heights is contributing to aim of the MPD 2021 where government wishes to achieve the goal of creating 24 lakh residential units in specified zone to bridge the massive gap lying there in demand and supply side of housing in Delhi.
The project of Delhi Heights that are launched as Royal Homes and Olympia Greens are being developed on the model of a Smart City. The home offered by smart city L Zone Dwarka happen to based on varying approaches including digital and information technologies, urban planning best practices, public-private partnerships and policy change to make a difference.
