Need of The Study AIM : To focus on designing high-rise mix land use development in Greater Noida, Techzone-2. OBJECTIVES : i. To understand how important are high rise building in today’s era. ii. To understand the consequences of high-rise construction on human and built environment. iii.To suggest its acceptance and perspective through a survey. SCOPE : • High rise construction holds a very important role in the future development as they focus on accommodating large population on a small piece of footprint and using the rest of land for food production, recreation or natural resources, or leaving it as a natural area. • By building vertical and mix use land development we can save energy, support our growing population, create a linkage of build environment with surrounding and a self-sustaining envelope. • High rise development does not only help in development growth but also in saving the wildlife and the forests from getting endangered. Introduction Tall structures represent the most challenging structure typology from numerous purposes of view, and they will influence for better or worse, the future of urban communities around the world. It is in our possible outcomes to transform tall structures into nice, affordable and sustainable space to live in, and academic and industry research is the path forward. The growth and development of modern high-rise buildings particularly affects the existing climatic conditions and the environmental balance of the environmental envelope. At the same time, the population density of the urban development, the infrastructure and transport networks play an important role in shaping the living environment. One of the earliest concepts of a vertical city was given by Le Corbusier in 1922, in which he proposed a plan where about 3 million people would be housed in a special design named ‘Contemporary City’. The idea of high rise was an organized attempt to design an environment in which man, nature and machines could be acquiescent.

Contemporary city designed by Le Corbusier The key feature of high rise as designed by Le Corbusier was at least 85% of plot area free for open spaces with recreational facilities and very high-rise, high-density structures well-coordinated system of vertical transportation, subways, road aces and pedestrian walkways Frank Llyod Wright proposed another version of high rise which he called ‘Illinois’. The design was supposed be constructed in Chicago, with 528 stories and a gross area of 18,460,000 square feet. If the building were built it was supposed to be world’s tallest building in the world. Gradually this development technique took a pace in the construction industry and led to construction of a large Illinos sketch by number of skyscrapers all around the FLW world On the basis of world ranking as on updated in January 2019 the world’s highest building is shown in fig.

INNOVATION IN THE FRAME WORK • Thinner sections of walls and columns. • Adaption and use of new technology and methodology. • Framework of construction strategy. 5. DESIRE FOR STYLE IN URBAN SETTINGS. • Solving the urban issues like overpopulation and ecological decimation. • Understanding the need of contributing back to nature for our self needs.
