Employee Assistance Program

KAIROS Health Arizona, Inc. in cooperation with the Trust has contracted with ComPsych to provide employees up to 6 face to face sessions per issue per year at no cost to you. Short-term counseling, legal/financial consultations and work-life services are are provided to employees and their families at no cost. You can speak to a master’s level counselor who can help with almost any issue ranging from medical and family matters to personal, emotional, legal or financial needs. After 6 sessions, if additional face to face visits are needed, an EAP representative will assist in referring you to a professional in the UnitedHealthcare Network.
