Held under the theme ‘Transforming community care’, the 2020 edition honoured efforts to come up with innovative models of care in the community

for all population groups: children and youth, families, adults with dependency needs, informal and formal carers. Entries were submitted in f ive categories and shortlisted by a panel of experts while the winners were selected thanks to the judges vote and online voting by the public. The Excellence Award was voted by all the participants of the Awards Ceremony, held online on 4 December 2020.
