Since 1945, our family has been involved in the craftsmanship of wood through our Villafranca Workshop, which, still today, is dedicated to global interior design and constitutes the soul that feeds and inspires our design team made up of more than 80 professionals.

LONJA DE MAR
Lonja de Mar promises sophisticated, contemporary living on Palma’s historic waterfront, one of the most attractive districts of the old town in Palma de Mallorca. This gracious residence is located in frontline and offers an impressive view over the harbour. The historic building is being comprehensively refurbished. The renovation will transform the historic building into elegant modern homes, whilst preserving the original stone facade and tall French windows. Designed to offer exceptional style and comfort, all immaculately decorated and finished to the highest of standards. Situated on the palm-lined avenue that borders the seafront, with a second entrance from Carrer Jaume Ferrer, Lonja de Mar occupies an enviable location between two lively squares, yet remains calm and quiet at all times.

COMPANY STUDIO ABOUT Our workshop focuses on the integral development of architecture and design projects. Established by Jaime Company Ventura, the team is comprised of architects, building engineers, and a proud network of trusted collaborators specifically tailored to each project. MEET THE DESIGNERS OF YOUR FURNITURE
GIO PONTI Giovanni “Gio” Ponti, was one of the Italian masters of architecture. He was also a designer and essayist and one of the most important of the twentieth century. Other than the great architectural works which carry his unmistakable signature, he created a vast amount of work in the furniture sector.
STEFANO GAGGERO Stefano Gaggero was born in Savona in 1971. After artistic maturity he graduated in industrial design in 1995. From 1995 to 2006 he collaborated with the studios Ferruccio Laviani and Paola Navone for whom he cared for the outfits, the image industry and conducts style research on trends and materials.

STUDIO KLASS In 2009 Marco Maturo and Alessio Roscini founded Studio Klass, an industrial design agency based in Milano. Operating in several areas, from furniture to product design and, over the years, has collaborated with italian and international companies, presenting its products during many design fairs and events in Milan, Paris and New York.
VICO MAGISTRETI Vico Magistretti (October 6, 1920 – September 19, 2006) was an Italian architect who was also active as an industrial designer, furniture designer, and academic.[1] As a collaborator of humanist architect Ernesto Nathan Rogers, one of Magistretti’s first projects was the “poetic” round church in the experimental Milan neighbourhood of QT8.

ROUND D.154.5 Armchair The iconic Round D.154.5 designed by Gio Ponti has very modern shapes, almost out of this world, which had never been thought of before. Characterized by avantgarde materials and technologies, such as the Vipla (a plastic material that resembles leather) for the upholstery, curved plywood to join the backrest and seat, and metal feet with non-slip tips that are easy to assemble. More than 60 years after the original idea, Round (D.154.5) was reborn thanks to the Heritage Collection reissue project by Molteni&C, in collaboration with the Gio Ponti Archives.

LUCIEN Sofa With its geometric architecture, the linear Lucien sectional is perfectly poised between classicism and modernity. Its clean lines, freely informed by modern architecture, do not detract from its strong decorative appeal. A subtle quilted motif on the seat cushions is a graphic embellishment that visually narrates how every detail traces back to the finely-tailored craftsmanship found in all of the seating elements in the Flexform collection. The many optional cushions not only provide more comfortable support but also, thanks to the many possible fabric combinations, add a refined decorative flair.

COCINART: Mallorcan Tradition Espacio Home Design’s brand with it’s own Workshop in Vilafranca de Bonany, leaders in quality, innovation and design. Three generations dedicated to this craftsmanship made the leap from manufacturing to designing, creating the first custom-made modular kitchen furniture in 1965. Almost ten years later, in 1974, the company took a further step by entering the retail business through its first showroom in Palma, a business that, till this day, continues to grow with the opening in 2021 of the Global Store showroom and the first outside of Palma, in Santa Ponsa - Calvià.

ATOLLO Table Lamp Designed in 1977 by Vico Magistretti, over the years, Atollo has become the archetype of the table lamp. The geometric shapes that compose it – cylinder, cone and hemisphere – have resulted in a product that is decorative and essential at the same time, disconnected from the historical period and the fashions of the moment, and one that has now fully become one of the icons of Italian design. The Atollo table lamp has become a true design iconby reinterpreting the historic abat-jour with modern materials and geometric shapes.
