With seven years of running events ranging from 10 to 1,000 people, ESI is at the cutting edge of business events in esports and gaming. We are also a part of the Sport Global group, which includes SBC Events; world leaders in iGaming and betting adjacent industry events including the SBC Summit.

Each event provides unique opportunities to reach different B2B (and B2C for some events) audiences from all corners of the esports industry, and aligned sectors including video games, the creator economy, education and more. Become a Keynote Speaker

Unlike many business events, our keynotes are truly a keynote session, with only one Keynote per day of each event.

With 2024 featuring many one-day events, that means that you would open our event and be the only Keynote speaker for the occasion.

This includes various benefits including:

● Opportunity to have your own session of up to 20 minutes, you can take this on yourself or select (with agreement from ESI) the speakers for a bespoke keynote panel

○ Topic to be discussed with ESI staff pre-event - in the form of a presentation or your own panel

● Option to have your logo featured in association with the session in digital and relevant physical branding

● Speaker interview to be published on esportsinsider.com

● Speaker and sessions to be profiled on event website, and featured as keynote in official event program

Speaker Opportunity / Session Sponsor

A spot on the main stage talking amongst esteemed peers about the topics your organisation care about can be the best way to demonstrate your expertise, with this sponsorship opportunity ESI will work to place you on the ideal panel to achieve your goals.

This Includes:

● The opportunity to participate in one of the panels as a speaker

● Topic will be suggested by ESI staff and agreed by you

● Speaker and sessions to be profiled on the event website, and featured in official event programme

● Photography provided to you post-event of your speaker on stage as part of the panel

There is also the opportunity to also/alternatively sponsor the session, placing your logo prominently against the session on the agenda, on-screen during the panel, and credited in all coverage that mentions that panel.

Pricing for session sponsorship is available on request and also comes with the opportunity to play a 30 second video prior to the panel. When combined with a speaker placement, these two sponsorship opportunities can be bundled together to accrue a discount.

These are fully branded, with two walls, front desk, table, seating, electricity and internet access, plus we can get creative too (screens, games, & more)

Pre-Built and Branded Kiosk Booth

Our fully branded and pre-built kiosk booths allow for a nice physical presence and meeting point at our events without the need to operate or have someone tending to them 100% of the time, i.e. they can function as standalone display booths with materials to pick up and information available for when you aren’t present

These have proven popular amongst clients with smaller teams and are more budget friendly too.

Space

This allows for full creativity and is simply purchasing space, which with it comes a table and two chairs, alongside electricity + internet access.

Workshops/Roundtables (Private/Bespoke)

One of our most popular pieces of inventory over the last two years, our bespoke roundtables are the perfect opportunity to create hands-on opportunities with your core target audience.

Whether it's a roundtable or a workshop is up to you, and then we’ll work with you to give out private direct invites to target attendees and, depending on the activation, complimentary event tickets provided to VIP guests so that they can attend the workshop. In previous years these have varied from a diversity workshop with SPORTFIVE, a sustainability workshop with Betclic Apogee, and even an insight into performance hardware with Logitech G.

Benefits of this opportunity include:

● Ownership of a specialist workshop/roundtable/panel set as part of our second track of content, separate to the main stage. This session will be entirely yours, so the format is up to you!

Uniting leaders in esports, games & education

The second edition of ESI Next Gen will take place over 6–7th March 2024 in partnership with the Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub at Jesus College, University of Oxford.

This will take place across two days, including one full conference day on Thursday 7th with a main stage track of sessions, alongside breakout sessions and workshops, a student tournament showcase, and networking and socials throughout.

Next Gen is for those working in, studying or simply interested in, the integration of video games and esports in education, both curricular and extra-curricular.

This next edition follows on from a successful inaugural show at the University of Warwick, and we’re delighted to be taking the event to one of the historic colleges at the world’s oldest university.

ESI London is back but this time it’s One Day Only. The world’s esports & video games industry festival has a new feel for 2024, focusing on conversation & getting business done;

Shine a Light on Stories Behind the Screens

The potential of video games and esports to make a meaningful, positive difference to people’s lives is enormous.

There are countless anecdotal examples of this, and not enough of these stories are told & shared more widely. Film is one medium to help change that.

Accordingly in 2023 we introduced the ESI Film Festival; the very first Esports & Gaming Short Film Festival, at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly.

In 2024 we will scale this event up, add more categories, and continue to offer filmmakers a platform to shine a light on some of the many stories that warrant telling in and around gaming and esports at large, & moreover encourage original short films on select themes (which will change each year!) as they pertain to these spaces and communities within them too. Moreover with this event we are looking to better strengthen ties, connections and collaborations between the film, games and esports sectors.

The Esports, Video Games, and Creator Economy Pitch Competition

The Clutch was born at ESI London 2019 and is a live pitch investment competition founded with the aim of helping esports-related start-up companies in need of funding and/or mentorship. For 2023 onwards, we are expanding the remit of The Clutch into the wider video games and adjacent creator economy spaces, to best serve the future of esports and gaming.

Over 100 companies have applied to The Clutch so far, and amongst the winners and losers, there have been many standout companies. In 2022, we introduced our first prize pool of $25,000 courtesy of Overwolf, as well as partnerships with the likes of Bird & Bird, Wembley Park & more! 2023 saw HSBC and EXCEL Esports headline the competition, with support from the University of Warwick, and Socially as industry partners.

After an incredible The Clutch at ESI London and ESI Singapore in 2022, where Mouseskins and E1 Championship were crowned winners, The Clutch saw UNEVN become the 2023 The Clutch winners, where they won the £3,000 cash prize as well as business support from all The Clutch partners.

In 2024, The Clutch will find a new home at our new flagship event, ESI Lisbon, where our industry-leading pitch-to-panel competition will take place in front of more attendees than ever.

The first ESI Next Gen in the Middle East will take place in Dubai in early December 2024.

This will take place over two days, and include one Industry Day on the Friday with a main stage track of sessions, alongside breakout sessions and workshops, a student tournament finals, and networking and an evening social.

The very best of the integration of esports, gaming and the creator economy in education, both curricular and extra curricular, under one roof.
