WHEELIE BIN HANDLER - Large This wheelie bin handler allows simple lift and empty operation of a large wheelie bin. The attachment slides onto the forks of the lift truck and is retained by heel pins. Lifting slots on the attachment locate on the side trunnions on the wheelie bins. To empty a wheelie bin simply raise the attachment to the required height so that the side of the receptacle is positioned on the base of the bin. When forward motion is applied the bin rotates to the required angle on the trunnions until the waste is emptied. This attachment is only suitable for use with Large wheelie bins with side trunnions. WHEELIE BIN ROTATOR - Large This deluxe model of large wheelie bin handler uses the technology of the drum rotator to achieve its unique design. Large wheelie bins can be lifted and rotated forwards at any height without the need to push on a receptacle. The side trunnions are located in stirrups and the gearbox can be used to achieve controlled pouring of the bin. The Gearbox can be supplied with either a crank handle for rotation at waist height or loop chain for rotation above shoulder level. The Attachment slides on to the forks of a forklift using fork pockets that are retained using screw clamps. This Attachment is only suitable for use with large wheelie bins with side trunnions. WHEELIE BIN HANDLER - Small This unique Attachment allows wheelie bins to be picked up and emptied into a skip or container. The bin is picked up via the rear handles and a pull cord attached to the wheel; the other end is fed through a winch, which is located onto the truck cab. When the mast is raised and/or the winch is operated the rear end of the wheelie bin is pivoted upwards to allow the lid to open and the contents discharged. The winch/pulley mechanism can be mounted to the left or right depending on the offset of the fork truck seat. Supplied complete with locating stand. HYDRAULIC ROLL HANDLER A specialist attachment designed to handle rolls or reels. Rolls can be picked up from vertical position and transferred into the horizontal position for transporting. The attachment operates using a non slip central tine that is inserted into the core of the roll, a hydraulic arm is then operated to clamp the roll onto the tine. The roll can then be transported and placed on machines or trestles. The attachment incorporates a flow safety device that stops the product being damaged when the clamp is operated. It also prevents any dangerous movement if the flow is compromised. LOAD DISPLAY HOOK This optional extra can be fitted to any jib attachment. It allows a jib to become a weighing tool by displaying the load in a 25mm digital display. An audible alarm function can be set to the maximum capacity of the jib so that the hook can also be used as an overload warning device. A remote display output option is also available so that the fork truck driver can see the load from the cab. Battery life is 50 hours continuous use.

This range of extensions has an enclosed base and is kept on the forks using a removable retaining pin behind the fork heel. The closed base prevents the extension rising up the fork when a load is applied to the tip, making it ideal for forks fitted to trucks with a long drop below the carriage (in excess of 75mm) e.g.’B’ carriages, rough terrain trucks and certain models of reach truck. BOARD LIFTER The Board Lifter is specifically designed to handle packs of board materials, such as plaster and insulation board, up to a maximum capacity of 1800Kg.
