WHO ARE WE Non profit NGO Founded in 2009 NGO’s consultant Awakening Projects Focus on Gender Equality and socioeconomic empowerment

We act with passion


WHY A large percentage of NGO 's, mainly in developing countries, despite having strong ability, goals, funding and motivated teams they suffer from basic structural failures that do not allow them the desired impact within the community that they could achieve.

SAPANA is focused to face and correct these failures, giving basic tools on economics, social interpersonal, management and sustainability areas.


Everyone who has skills and potential to explore can in fact be the development force of a community, especially young people and women. Due to social and cultural issues, they are stuck in unfair roles and completely inaccurate of their potential.

SAPANA, through a focus on gender equality, Intends to fight this reality through training and empowerment practices with results on economic and social empowerment of women. Empowering women, empowering these people will empower us all.

Together we develop communities.
