How to Get There Mazatlán is a well-connected destination, by air, with flights from the United States, Canada and Mexico as well as by land and by sea. if you would like to come in your own vehicle, there are modern highways available with tolls in accordance with the security they provide
Vía Terrestre Highway No.15 Mexico-Nogales. This highway gives you the opportunity to interconnect with many different stretches of highways from the south, central, west and northern part of the country. The scenery and contrast that you will find along this way will make it a pleasant journey and you can use either toll or free segments.
Panamericana Highway or Highway No. 40. This highway connects Mexico with the lagoon zone (Zona lagunera) and the north and northeast area of Mexico. Along this highway there are a wide variety of scenic elements. The Mazatlan- Matamoros stretch has all types of scenery ranging from arid deserts, mountain scenes (Sierra Madre Occidental) and finally reaches the coastal plains of southern Sinaloa.
