Estuate partners with Canon Information and Imaging Solutions to roll out Enterprise Imaging Platform (EIP) Sunnyvale, Calif. – Sept. 10, 2013 - Estuate, a global IT services company, is proud to announce that it has partnered with Canon Information and Imaging Solutions, Inc. to roll out its Enterprise Imaging Platform, a new middleware platform based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that enables organizations to integrate their enterprise applications with paper based information flows. Organizations need the ability to electronically share real time information across their enterprise, regardless of whether the information is scattered in various back end systems or stored in electronic and paper documents.

With a solution based on this single middleware platform, users are able to leverage Canon’s latest imaging technologies to automate their document and image related business processes, and benefit from increased efficiency, accuracy and business intelligence. Now, information can be captured from documents, and automatically processed to update multiple enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.). New documents that combine information from various disparate systems can be automatically created in standard formats such as PDF or Excel, and then printed, emailed, faxed or archived.
