Our Mission
We, at Amazon Xpeditions Outreach, Inc., take every opportunity to share God’s love in action to entire communities in the Amazon jungle. One important part of our activities is to touch the lives of the children. In places where the children mortality has been devastating many families, Amazon Xpeditions has taken Medical teams to provide free medical attention and free medicine. When medicine becomes just a temporary solution and more children continue to die, we do our best to eradicate the real source of the problem; contaminated water. Then we build a Water Purification Station (WPS) for the entire community. Each WPS provides pure drinking water for 2,800 people, over 21,000 liters per day. Because CHILDREN are the most valuable treasure any tribe and society could have, we have made our priority to serve children through medicine, pure water, vitamin enriched food and education. Water, food and medicine, even education could not fulfill the most important need in the life of a child. Amazon Xpeditions has trained parents and teachers in the communities to impart Bible based education to fulfill the Spiritual needs of all those children. Needless to say, it has been a life changing experience for them and for entire families in those Amazon tribes. The happy faces you see in this artistic photo book are of children that have already received help because of concerned generous people. There are thousands of them still waiting for a sponsor to provide pure drinking water, medicine, food and teaching materials.
