As a result of the analysis there were found three parking lots, an unbuilt area and several backyards of existing buildings. Complementing the site, there were also found paths and bridges.

The interior of the galleries was designed with north oriented inclined roofs that obtain indirect light, which is complemented with focal light that reach the artworks.

The program is fragmented into two levels that are adapted to the site topography. The first level has direct access, while the second is integrated to a circulation at the creek level.

The intervention creates multiple uses along the site, which are complemented with a walkway. The program is composed by galleries including the SLOMA, a lookout point, shops, a restaurant and storage. Studios for residence artists were also created.
