Washington Avenue Green Phase 2 Install interim multi-use trail from Washington Ave to Penn Street Completion of two additional waterfront trail sections

Race Street Connector Phases 1 & 2 Two more connector streets designed, funded, and constructed Delaware Avenue traffic study completed Short-term traffic improvements on Delaware Avenue including signal re-timing and pedestrian safety improvements
