ACTIVITIES

Take work out of the equation. Unless of course you’re working up a sweat in our two-deck fitness centre. Or working on your doggy paddle in one of our three pools. Or working up the courage to take on Green Thunder – the steepest and fastest waterslide at sea. Or working on your tan on one of the many golden sand beaches.

FUN FACT•

The more kids

PLAY the better they learn.

Carnival’s Twister Waterslide™ Go for a spin or twelve on the ocean’s most scenic slide.

Carnival WaterWorks™ There’s only one thing better than an incredible waterslide. Two incredible waterslides! Get ready for the twists and turns of Carnival’s Twister Waterslide™, or take the plunge down a 10-metre vertical drop on Green Thunder. And between rides, why not watch the kids get soaked by the giant tipping bucket in our watery wonderland SplashZone.

LET’S GET PHYSICAL

Sports Court

Green Thunder

Our two-deck, state-of-the-art, fully equipped Fitness Centre has everything you need to burn, firm and sculpt, as well as a variety of classes and an outdoor jogging track with unbelievable 360° views.

Game on Dodge some balls, score some goals, and shoot some hoops on our multi-purpose Sports Court. And if that still isn’t enough, take on our nine-hole mini golf course.

Plummet up to 65 km/hr, and see if you’re not just a little green at the bottom.

Fitness Centre A two-deck, state-of-the-art gym, yoga and pilates classes and even boot camp out on deck.

ACTIVITIES

CHILL OUT OR TURN UP THE HEAT Serenity™ Retreat (child-free) Relax by the pool or unwind in the spa with a cocktail in hand.

Pools & Spas Three pools and heated spas. Need we say more?

Spa Carnival™* De-stress, decompress and let the massage therapists iron out the kinks.

On a Carnival cruise, it’s not hard to take it easy. In fact, the toughest part is choosing whether to lie back in a hammock, spread out on a deck chair, or curl up in one of our many pods with a loved one and a cocktail or two.

Sauna & Steam Room Towel goes on. Heat goes up. No sweat. OK, maybe a little sweat.

Pristine Tropical Beaches Enjoy the soft white sand and crystal-clear water of the South Pacific and Great Barrier Reef. Serenity™ Retreat

Private Balcony Perfect for favourite books and quality ‘me’ time.

From sheer serenity Welcome to our Serenity™ Retreat, the largest open-air space on the ship; a child-free area where you can soak up the sun, relax in the spa or pool, order your favourite cocktail from the bar and enjoy the tranquil setting. So ease into a daybed and check out the panoramic water views. Or lay back in a hammock with a cocktail and just check out.

To total purity With facials, massages, pedicures and more, Spa Carnival™* has just what your body wants: a little well-deserved pampering. And if you like it hot, you’ll love our complimentary sauna and steam room, where your worries simply melt away.

Island unwinding Maybe it’s the pristine white sand between your toes, maybe it’s the crystal clear water lapping at your feet; but once you step onto your exotic island destination, it doesn’t take long to feel totally and utterly unwound.

Spa Carnival™*

Golden hour After a day ashore, there’s nothing better than heading back to your home away from home. So slip on a robe and watch the sunset from your own private balcony. Saying goodbye to an island paradise can be hard. But relax, you’ll be saying hello to a brand new one tomorrow.

Take a seat at our dedicated comedy club The Punchliner, and get your funny bones tickled by Aussie comedians. They’ll have you rolling in the aisles night after night with family-friendly fun and adults only shows lined up.

It’s show time

Have you got game?

No cruise is complete without experiencing the full-blown spectacle of our live performances. We’ve got mind-blowing magic shows, phenomenal family matinées and musical extravaganzas jam-packed with classic tunes (you know, the ones you sing in the shower). With Broadway-style entertainment by Playlist Productions from 80s Pop to the Max, to Epic Rock, 88 Keys, and Getaway Island, we’ve got the lot.

Bring your game face and take on your fellow cruisers in Hasbro, The Game Show. You’ll battle it out in front of a live audience as you play life-sized versions of your favourite childhood games. Fashion some fluffy friends Take your towel folding to the next level by learning how to twist and turn your towels into cotton creatures. Thanks to our free workshop, you’ll be able to whip up a whole zoo of fluffy wildlife animals.

Create a cuddly buddy Take your kids to craft a new cuddly friend at Carnival’s Beary Cuddly Workshop. From choosing the animal to picking their outfit, their new buddy will be made exactly how they want it. Then all they have to do is pick a name. Kevin? Lucy? Professor Fluffson? This is going to be hard…

EXPLORE A LITTLE (OR A LOT) MORE

Melbourne, Isle of Pines, Lifou, Noumea, Melbourne

Melbourne, Hobart, Port Arthur, Sydney

DESTINATIONS

Stretch your sea legs even further with cruises that cover the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska. We have 24 ships that sail out of the U.S.A. so there’s bound to be one to fit your style of fun. Choose from a variety of 3 to 10 day cruises and keep an eye out for our biggest ship yet – Carnival Vista.™ With the first ever Imax theatre at sea, a 137m kaleidoscopic water tube slide, an onboard brewery, open-air SkyRide and more, it’s hard to miss!

O C I X E M Carnival Vista™

Experience a whole enchilada’s worth of rich culture and fun on a cruise to Mexico — each port has a different local flavour. Whether your cruising style is west-coast Riviera with its Pacific charm, east-coast Caribbean and its island mojo, or perhaps Baja and its out-ofthis-world coastal scenery, a cruise to Mexico is guaranteed to take your holiday from siesta to fiesta.

MUST DOs

We don’t have proof, but evidence suggests that the Caribbean was made for cruising. And with more than 5,000 islands and cays, there’s a lot of paradise to see!

Hike through the ruins of French and Dutch forts overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea in St. Maarten.

A Carnival cruise to the Caribbean takes you to some of the region’s most storied isles, each ringed by rainbow-hued coral gardens. Whether you’re snorkelling crystal-clear waters, strolling pearly white-sand beaches, every island is your oyster, brimming with exotic treasures, just waiting to be discovered. Portage Glacier

Grab your jumper and get up here because Alaska is a natural wonder through and through, and the coastal panhandle region Carnival sails to is perhaps the most stunning. On an Alaskan cruise you’ll find not only quaint towns and scenic harbour vistas, but also the best of nature — including fjords, wildlife and mountains galore. “Oh, mother nature… now you’re just showing off.”

YOUR TRIP

N U F R U O Y N PLA So you’ve never booked a Carnival cruise before? Don’t worry; it couldn’t be easier. In fact, with these three simple steps, the hardest part is deciding what to pack.

1

Narrow it down Choose a destination. Work out how long you want to go away for. Find the ideal itinerary on carnival.com.au

2

Think about your room Choose your room-type: Interior; Ocean View; Balcony; maybe even a Suite? Choose your room location. Is there a ship feature you’d like to be near? Consider who you are travelling with. Maybe you’d like adjacent or interconnecting rooms? Mull it over while you study the deck plan.

3

Drumroll!... Book your holiday Contact your travel agent, visit carnival.com.au, or call 13 31 94 from Australia or 0800 442 095 from New Zealand.
