21st European Biomass Conference and Exhibition, 3-7 June 2013, Copenhagen, Denmark

FOREWORD

The 21st European Biomass Conference and Exhibition in Copenhagen was a meeting place for the global Biomass sector: 1,827 registered delegates from 66 countries participated to the leading platform for information and experience exchange in the field of Biomass. 80 exhibitors from 20 countries presented advanced technologies, latest developments and technical solutions.

A DOI code (digital identifier) has been assigned to each paper to ensure unequivocal and permanent identification and citability of all online publications. The papers can be downloaded from the EU BC&E Proceedings website www.etaflorence.it/proceedings. We hope that these Proceedings can provide you the appropriate overview in the Biomass sector, spread information on its technologies and markets, and promote the interest in Biomass.

The Proceedings of the 21st EU BC&E provide a comprehensive overview on the Biomass sector, its current status and future prospects on more than 2000 pages.

We would like to thank all authors and participants of the 21st EU BC&E for their contributions and look forward to welcoming you at the 22nd EU BC&E in 2014 in Hamburg, Germany.

The Proceedings published on line constitute a perfect tool for targeted and quick information research and retrieval, enabling you to search for contributions by keyword, paper title and authors. These features will help to simplify the use of this extensive source of information.
