Mechanical

Our mechanical facility has been developed and built with the future in mind, and our training centre will allow personnel to become competent in a range of mechanical engineering disciplines which are essential for today’s industries. These industries include oil & gas, renewables, offshore wind and process plant operations.

We have a state-of-the-art Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) facility where we train delegates in the safe use of torque tightening and tensioning of mechanical joint connectors using both hydraulic and manual tooling. This can be carried out at our Lustrum Industrial Park facility

Courses include:

• MJI 10 - Mechanical Joint Integrity Hand Torque Bolted Connection Techniques

• MJI 18 - Mechanical Joint Integrity

Hydraulically Tensioned Bolted Connection Techniques

• MJI 10 & 19 - Mechanical Joint Integrity

Hydraulically Torque Bolted Connection Techniques

Accreditations: or on site at the client’s workplace using our portable MJI Rig which was built and supplied by Hydratight.

Alongside our MJI provision, NETA Training Group also delivers bespoke training in hydraulics and pneumatics and all of our courses are carried out by time–served instructors with up-to-date industry knowledge so you can be assured that what we deliver is first class. We are an ECITB accredited centre and we work closely with them and industries to ensure our provision delivers specifically what the industry demands.
