Using the Mass retainer to hold masses on top of the cart
The mass retainer pushes into the threaded brass hole on top of the cart.
Remove the masses from the mass hanger, the mass retainer will fit through the centre hole in the supplied masses.
Place the masses on the top of the cart, align the centre hole of the masses with the hole in the cart. Push the mass retainer through the masses into the hole. To add or remove masses, remove the retainer, alter the number of masses and refit the retainer.
