ABOUT DAWN dawn is a self-taught artist with midwestern sensibilities and a sophisticated eye for style. founder of notre monde, she draws her inspiration not only from her extensive travels all over the world, but also from her experience in decorating homes in europe before settling in north carolina. inspired by such things around her â&#x20AC;&#x201C; whether itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a song, book, fashion, nature, texture on a painting, or the ones she loves. she tries to select only the things that speak directly to her so her work is authentic. the notre monde brand is a direct expression of the dawnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s cheerful, ongoing immersion into various cultures-with respect for ways in which other communities embrace the good life. enjoy!
