WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
1 - EXECUTIVE FORMAT Most hot yoga teacher trainings require leaving your job for 4-9 weeks. This is not possible for all of us who want a high quality intensive, but cannot get time off. Our 9-week programme allows work and study with lectures on weekends and independent study/practice during the week. 2 - INTEGRATION OF COURSES Our cross-disciplinary learning model integrates hot yoga instruction within the wider context of different yoga styles, Eastern/Western approaches to mind/body, sports and science. Our multidisciplinary approach aims to produce the best yoga instructors who understand yoga from traditional, academic and scientific points of view. 3 - KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED ON COURSE Most hot yoga teacher trainings focus on learning dialogue and teaching the classic 26 postures. This leaves new teachers inadequately prepared to teach and might make you feel like a boring teacher. Our comprehensive programme creates a knowledge base that covers practical teaching as well as the deeper philosophical, scientific and theoretical underpinnings of yoga across yoga style divides. 4 - FOCUS ON ADVANCING YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE Teachers need to be top examples of what they teach. Our programme works with students on an individual basis to improve postures with actual measurements of change. You will also deepen your meditation and pranayama practice, receive personalised nutrition for the 9 weeks, get DNA analysis of your genes for fitness/nutrition and reflect on what it means to pursue the yogic life.
