Team management: ★ Creating LC structure and running Executive Board recruitment process; ★ Ensure common direction of EB; ★ Organize and coordinate team activities; ★ Chairing EB meetings. LC management: ★ Ensure creation of local vision and strategies; ★ Together with the EB define the LC’s goal and being responsible for achieving the goals; ★ Execution of the national and global direction at Local level; Ensure the following of the national compendium in the local committee; ★ Organize and coordinate LC activities. Representation: ★ Representing AIESEC internally and externally; ★ Attending national presidents’ meetings & national conferences; ★ Cooperation with MC and other LCPs.
LCP profile
Every candidate should have understanding of following areas: ★ AIESEC Way, AIESEC 2015, AIESEC 2020; ★ Strategies of LC, AIESEC in Georgia and AIESEC Globally; ★ Organizational directions in Georgia and Globally; ★ AIESEC in Georgia and Global Compendium; ★ Exchange Program Policy, EXPA, OP; ★ Standards and Satisfaction, Inner and Outer Journey, LEAD, LDM; ★ Team management, team Standards; ★ Representation of AIESEC to stakeholders, AIESEC Brand; ★ Change management.

recruitment process and timeline ★
Application launched: 15.01.2016
Deadline for application: 03.02.2016
Elections & announcement 06.02.2016
Elections day include: 10 minutes speech from each candidate; Questions and answers sessions and voting; ★ All the full members of AIESEC University of Georgia will vote for candidates. Candidates who get 50%+1 confidence votes will go to the next round; ★ Review board (interview) will take place right after confidence voting, RB is attended by – MCPc, MCPe, MCVP TM, LCPc, LC Member, Alumni. LCP is elected by simple majority of votes given by attendees. In case no LCP candidate gets simple majority votes, a new round of voting will be conducted; ★ Announcement of results will be also on the same day ; ★ Venue and exact time will be announced later. ★ Application package must consist of: 1. Questionnaire (including answers on every question of application)max. 12, min. 6 pages); 2. CV with AIESEC and non-AIESEC experience; (max 2 pages) 3. Endorsement letter from : a. full member/team leader of AIESEC University of Georgia b. other LC member (from AIESEC in Georgia or any other entity) Save all these 3 files in PFD format and put together in one zip file with name: Name_Surname_AIESECUG_LCP1617.
