The design concept is paradise garden, representing happiness, physically and mentally. So, Garden is peaceful and beautiful. Due to PPTGC company, have rented area of Chulalongkorn University, Saraburi. For the planing of village accommodation of workers and researcher in nearby. So, the concept of planning design is to compare the sequence of petrochemical production. First, starting at the initial production, which is main product. That personal accommodation zone. Next, the intermediate production for follwing synthesis, office zone. And finally the end of production process that also has to synthesized, society and environment zone. Operations include chemical reactions which convert a group of activites space for each zone together.

Mun Klang island is a private island, owners would like to build a 5-star resorts. The nature of island is unique with a variety of scenery around, accessible island, beautiful topograhy with rocks. And also the forest completely preserved. The resort concept design, maintain and take advantage physical of island to design and planning together. Layout of resort, will focus parallel on contour line. For structure and ecological of the island as little as possible. So, get experience of variety visual each zone area. The additional space for marine activities interesting and privacy in limited area, in order not to offend marine ecosystem.

In form of historic route in past to present goodness Memorial’s story to learn and see the historic evidence in actual canal route, Make a virtue is not learn and think to maintain, just about honesty in your history. Only one, but to know essence and purpose of goodness that is easier to understand for future generations. With easy to do good deeds, not just loyalty only.

Design will be order of zoning. In center area is former learning history, shrine of Phanthai Norasigh, execution court, and leads to present zone in Khok Kham canal The important historical evidence. The Memorial focuses on transformation of space, time, and wetland area, in water as part of remembrance of thee. And final zone is future, mangrove forest, museums, and activities that encourage merit.

Because the area under expressway isn’t appropriate. There are many restrictions, both in security and structure safety. Problem of planting, because sunlight can’t reach much. And surounding housing will be expropriate from EXAT, Expressway Authority of Thailand. There are some old and unique variety community. Including take over some area under expressway, which used as taxi garage, condo parking lot, bus parking, and trolley, etc. Which are all long distance 2.1 km.

From the history of siam to Thailand, by looking through Chao Phraya river community. We can’t deny for the heritage of area passed on, that community on both sides of Chao Phraya river, which consists of 28 community as tales from past. But time changes, make those community decreased ,and the context in area, it changes too. So, project concept is conservation original communities. Not only keep in physical, but also historical, architectural, and contextual. And looking for possibilities to improve communities, can respond to changes in future, such as population and housing growth, transportation, or even drainage system. This makes the way of community change from original.

Another heritage of the Chao Phraya river community, for prototype of concept design. Is the community related to ancient, religious, and historic sites, which importance of unique historical value, architecture, with the context of religious places such as temple, churches. Center of community and people of past to present, or archaeological sites such as palace, wall , fortresss, as well as main of city in past. At present, community of this side will be developed to city a lot, according to housing by age as well, which are Bangkok side. But, Thonburi side is formal garden plot to separate another community or garden. So, this side has community of this style are many, according to number of canal in this side has more than Bangkok side, that is mostly canal for transportion. By Thonburi side, there will be slower development of urban than Bangkok, and interesting in Thonburi side is most communities has rented area of temple, there isn’t relationship at all. The riverside communities of Thonburi tends to reduce critical value, that should have in past to handle what will be coming in future. Demand of user with opportunities for communities, and tourist attractions to Rayong. The concept landfill design to more valuable, context of this park is differences and exotic. It’s likely that in child age and teen age mostly. Moreover, phasing of park development rather long treatment periods, thus emphasized new generation too. Characteristics of design, it’s various landform landscape, to have different feature and change traditional park. Both of complementary activities for need of user, and extra activities from geographic landform features. It can also be used with encapsulation system, engineering treatment. This can be used in landfill park design together.

In first phase, will focus on areas that aren’t garbage. While, first old landfill, it will begin treatment in preparation for next stage. Later, second phase. It will begin to improve first old landfilll, and have been treated from early stage. The new landfill, it will begin treatment by planting treatment system. Last, third phase, adjust area and start using new landfill. In waste water treatment system, it also works the same. Until toxins out, to improve a wetland creation.

These buildings ,which are used main building in project, such as restaurants, shops, library, indoor venues, etc. and keep characteristics of some plan for landmark and historical
PUBLIC SPACE AND THEATER ZONE : Amphitheater Grass is divided into stages to sit, and the theater is cantilever structure. It doesn’t affect the landfill, that ard leading up to top for viewpoint in project. And includes planting and mulching as compost, such as Indian hemp, Sunflower, Marigolds, etc., wjhich colourful and eye-catching.

Which is divide into three slopes will be slope to play the slider, by sand pit for safety. bases are pond area, steep area, and slope area. At the center of base is a resting platform to support.

At present, the growth of Photharam causes decadence of area and lacking of rehabilitation both tourism and recreation in community. Photharam urban cultural landscape adaptation plan has aim to develop city as livable city with better environmant. In development of transportation, traffic networks, infrastructure of green and recreation area, and improvement of waterfront area, which suitable for using and image of city. Also, develops consistent in the creative city, to promote conservation and restoration of old commercial district, including architecture, art, culture and lifestyle of Photharam. To create better quality of life, for society and economy, and support activities that’re more appropriate to lifestyle in community. By conserve and maintains the identity of this area so that it can live in contemporary with current urban development. The development of Photharam can be a historical and cultural tourist attraction. It has potential to linking cultural sites around project area, under policy planning of Photharam, which has been designated as a city of artistic and cultural tourism.

TALAD BON WATERFRONT DETAIL ZONE There is waterfront amphitheater for views and festivals. Including wood balconies provide waterfront activities for major festivals and pier, as well as river tourism route and ferry. At the store, beverages and toilets are provided near to sitting areas, meeting areas, and playable tables. Both, this park is open space for temple activities or festival as well. As the grass and gravel surfaces, and viewpoint of the River. And the Mon community pavilion area or frontyard of Wat Sai Arirat to support main activities of temple. Including community lounge area, that’s linkage waterfront public spaces from context of temples and schools.

Pun-Pun, bicycle event of Bangkok, which encourage people to more bicycle. But there’re many problems, people are less likely to use bicycles, such as rest area for these projects, just a rent-bak for bike only. Or, if there is, that need to parking side of road way or faraway from them, makes those who take private may not be secure. And climate is varied, both hot and rain, so there should be rest area enough, but most rest area is always focus on places and contexts, where there are no areas in between.

First, public zoning in front of the project, dhamma courtyard, which supports casual meditate and connecting to cafeteria, Banyan tree courtyard, and pond with hall, that is main separate area.
