Goalkeeper Jordan Holmes prepares to launch one of the final Fleet attacks of our last game in the National League at FC Halifax Town in 2020. Next week, we return north to resume our acquaintance with the top tier of non-league football. Much has changed since that last televised game in Western Europe as lockdown and the pandemic swept across the world. It’s been a long road for everyone but as far as football is concerned, the Fleet are back and another televised game will welcome us to the top table next Saturday!

Fostering can be an incredibly enriching and rewarding experience for both a foster carer and the young children they look after.

We are looking for caring, patient and resilient people to take care of children and young people who are not able to stay with their own families for a period of time.

You'll need to have:

A bedroom

A genuine interest in caring for young people, as well as respecting and valuing them as individuals

Ability to show love and care to children who may struggle to accept it
