Average age of vines: 14 y. Soil Type Black Soil with low levels of clay and rock. Vine training and pruning Classic double cordon, spur pruning. Harvest Late September to Late October.

Alcohol 13% Total Acidity 5.8 g/l. Volume 750 ml. Closure Natural Cork 24x45 Style Aged Red Aroma Aged fruity aroma (plum, black cherry, strawberry) accompanied by pronounced secondary aromas such as leather, chocolate, coffee.

Sauvignon Blanc Vinification Stainless steel tank fermentation. Temperature control maximum 15°C. Aging No barrel aging. Average age of vines: 14 y. Soil Type Black Soil with low levels of clay and rock. Vine training and pruning Classic double cordon, spur pruning. Harvest Early September.
