Easy healthy meals are the best choice if you’re trying to watch your weight, although lives a busy life. Though, you may have to perform a little planning to help organize your easy healthy recipes. Grilling 2. Grilling is a great way to make fast and healthy meals for your family. It leaves little mess to clean up, and introduces new flavors to your diet. At times, a salad can be an entire meal that will leave you full and satisfied. Find a large mixing pot, add a pound of shredded romaine lettuce and a pound of fresh spinach leaves. Fry a pound of fatty bacon, making sure not to overcook it, by merely doing it till it's lightly browned and limp. Place the bacon on a paper towel and leave the grease in the frying pan. Fry a cup of grated garlic and onion in the bacon fat, for five minutes, then withdraw from the heat. Plant one cup of the fat mixture into a food processor and add one half cup of cider vinegar. Blend completely for four minutes. Once the bacon fat mixture is whipped and slightly foamy, pour half of it onto the salad, add in the bacon and toss with salad forks to mix it with the bacon fat mixture. The family may add the rest of the mixture as they fancy. Garnish the salad with some grated parmesan cheese. The dressing may sound like a fattening treat but with a light salad meal you shouldn't gain many calories.
