CONCEPT Depending on the results of the analysis carried out, it is created an intervention strategy based on organic growth and continuous urban space, where the current situation is the starting point and proposal to conduct represents the time when the problems and needs identified have been solved and replaced by new problems and needs, which in turn will require a new intervention. Due to its functionality, plastics, environmental and essentially organic insertion in the urban green space is proposed, taking as a structural physical element of the proposal in the root all their semantic implications: direct allusion to his character purely natural, reading and return to basics and primal or essentially traditional and indigenous connotation. 8

CONCEPTUAL BREAKDOWN • The intervention will uphold the principles of formation and identity of the present urban environment. • The topography will be exploited to create different levels of living space. • Blocks and avenues will be created in order to permeate and clean up the area. • The properties will contain two levels to accommodate to the existing homes being restored. • The design of housing and urban space will serve as a unifying element to create a homogeneous reading of the site.

VIGUETA Y BOVEDILLA LOCATION: Vedado, Havana, Cuba PROGRAM: Single Family Housing
CONCEPT The property is removed from the street line sidewalk driveway inserted, respecting the regulations .It will keep the road connecting the two streets and will be given a new treatment form. The property will be resolved in two levels. Part of the ground floor is used for parking, thus complying with the rules of flooding. Faced with the problem of providing a solution to the mezzanine and cover housing, it is developed with a variant box from expanded polyethylene supplied by the industry in which concrete is poured to form beams which are then assembled and comes complete with a folder performed in situ. The solution offers lightness, ease of construction, thermal improvements, speed of execution and material savings, characterizing comfort, strength and durability.
