Yoga poses for back care

Our back is what keeps us going and helps us stand with pride but what will happen if we start facing back problems. Lengthen the spine- Breath properly and start raising your both arms. Once they are raised join your hand above your head in a manner that your ears touch your biceps. Stretch as much as you can comfortably and hold the posture for at least 10 seconds. Don’t forget the deep breaths.


Bending left and right- Hold the above position. Exhale and bend towards your right side. Hold the position for 3-5 seconds. Then come to the centre, inhale and exhale. Then bend towards your left side and again hold for 3-5 seconds. Exhale and come back to the centre. Twisting left and right- Hold the lengthening of spine position. Exhale and twist to your right hand side. Keep breathing and hold the position for 3-5 seconds. Now come to the centre, inhale and exhale. Twist to your left side and keep breathing while holding the position for 3-5 seconds. Exhale and return back to the centre. Bending forward and backward- Stretch your hands in the front. Breathe in and out and stretch forward at the same time. Now inhale and as you exhale turn to your right and hold in for a few seconds while breathing. Now return to the centre, inhale and exhale and move to your left with the same procedure. Now come to the centre and leave your hands down to relax. Twisting side to side-Inhale and place you left palm on your right knee and as you exhale twist to your right. Hold for some seconds. Now come to the centre and repeat the same procedure with right palm and left knee.
