Populated luxuriousness While Koolhass suggest one of tower theme as stacking suburbs houses vertically, this project has luxurious penthouse terrace in every floors. Making process for the massing is process for making outdoor space in each floors of the building. Pseudo-perspective elevation of the building called slit scan is used as a generator of multiple layers of the building skin
