The temperatures are highest on average in May at around 26.3 degree Celsius. The lowest average temperatures in the year occur in December, when it is around 25.1 degree Celsius.

In the morning, the sun rises from the east to provide extensive coverage of shadow over the site from the opposite hotel and shophouses. As the sun shifts towards the west, the shadow of Maybank tower moves over the site.

Strong wind gusts mostlly come from the Northeast direction and least from the Northwest direction throughout the year. From June to August, wind gusts peak from the southern direction.

01 | CFD Wind Flow Analysis

A wind flow analysis is performed using Autodesk CFD to gauge the di erence of air velocity and pressure when passing through the site using a wind direction from the north.
