The Australian Women’s Weekly Test Kitchen was established just after World War I. From 1965, it has been located at the former ACP now ARE media headquarters in Park St Sydney. The Test Kitchen has a team of 16 staff, composed of chefs, home economists, food editors and support staff & acts as the hub for all food titles published by ARE media such as Gourmet Traveller, AWW FOOD, AWW catalogue of cook books as well as their online tutorials & Women’s Day.
