Internal Siting

Internal siting of park homes leisure lodges and static caravans. This is when the home has been placed onto its base/pad, jacked together, and what is known as up, level, and watertight. The clear view team then access the home and complete the finishing touches to the inside including, unpacking & building all furniture, fitting, cutting, and tucking carpets, laying the laminate flooring, and fitting all centre cover splines, covings and skirtings. Our teams also toe and heel the external doors and windows if required, ensuring the decor is completed and the home is fully prepared for the arrival of its new owners.

Full Park Inspection

Full Park, leisure home and static caravan inspection. Our principal inspector will liaise with you and create a package to suit you and your requirements, including a 10-year warranty inspection. An annual inspection to comply with the 10-year insurance back warranties, conditional inspection for specific areas such as chassis, base, roof, and external inspections, and manufacturer warranty inspections. Pre-Purchase Conditional Surveys

Our principal inspector will inspect all aspects of the park home condition including, chassis inspection for distortion and structure, hard standing concrete base, tripod support jacks, external wall conditions, external windows and doors, roof conditions, separation distance compliance, internal finishings and damp checking, levels, wet and electrical services visual inspection.

Refurbishment

Clear View can carry out refurbishment work such as bathroom & kitchen replacements, replacing the roofs and re-coating, external colour washing (painting of stucco rendered homes) & stucco repairs, external re-clads or fitting of cladding such as CanExel boards, chassis coatings, and replacement tripod support stands, and many more.
