THE EUROMODUL SANITARY CONSTRUCTION CABINS AS A COMPLETE SOLUTION/TURNKEY PROJECT Modular units are ideal for fast equipping of buildings with a large number of identical sanitary units (for example at a hotel), since the units are equipped with all the necessary installations and are usually equipped with the inside,while the final outer wall of the wall rocks is executed after being posted to the site in accordance with the processing in the building walls.Sanitary units are manufactured in accordance with project standards and approved technical solutions for the construction of the facility.The dimensions of the modular units can be adapted to the project documentation of the building, taking into account the minimum necessary spaces around the sanitary elements.A very important area with the sanitary unit is the size of the installation space (channels), where all vertical installations are to be installed: hot and cold water, sewerage and ventilation.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION SANITARY UNITS 1. SECTION of the floor The floor section is equipped with a top siphon and drain pipe from PP to EN 1451-1B to the installation channel.It is made of: a load-bearing steel structure made of galvanized parts with zinc-corrosion-resistant zinc coatings, 2x18 mm cement wafers and glass wool as a filler. The floor is covered with waterproofing foil and anti-slip ceramic tiles of dimension 200X200 mm, whose color chooses the customer according to a specific catalog.The floor can be made as a concrete. .

7. WATER DRAINAGE
6.1 There is an access to the installation channel after positioning the sanitary unit, through the inspection door from another room (for example from the corridor).
The sanitary unit floor is equipped with a top siphon with 55 mm siphon height, which is connected to a drain line 50 mm from PP according to EN 145’l-18
In the installation space, the pipeline of the building is connected with flexible pipes of 500 mm length to the main sanitary units of the sanitary unit for the warm R1 / 2 “and cold R1 / 2” water, which are in the installation space. The electrical power cable for the ceiling mounted IP44 lamp is mounted horizontally inside the wall and is led along the ceiling section frame.The sanitary unit can be equipped with a fluorescent lamp with a NEMA5 shaver plug, with isolating transformer 220V / 120V IP 54 for the sanitary unit. The unit brightness is at least 100 Lx. 9. VENTILATION
12. TRANSPORT
The sanitary unit can only be lifted by means of floor screws on the floor section or by using long enough pallet-forklifts. Ventilation connection, ventilation valve ZOV 100, located above the toilet bowl. It is mounted on a 102 mm diameter, with an extension of 40 mm.

10. DEFENSE
