Appoint a contact person
•
Get inspired – Take a look at the STEM Alliance repository of practices, www.stemalliance.eu/practices

Decide on the main objectives – topic, link with curriculum, key messages and expected outcomes
•
Develop an agenda of the day
•
Prepare the students – as part of a lesson, cultivate interest of students, expectation in terms of learning and behaviour
•
Obtain consent – picture and video permission
•
Spread the word about the visit – social media, etc..
