WHAT IS THE BENELUX YOUTH FORUM
The Benelux Parliament wants to hear the voices of young people from the Benelux Union and we have the honour to facilitate this process! EYP Belgium, EYP The Netherlands and EYP Luxembourg are organising the second Benelux Youth Forum together around the theme

Supported by the Secretariat-General of the Benelux Union, the Benelux Parliament and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Benelux Youth Forum will take place in Brussels on the 21st and 22nd of October 2021. A CMOJ day has yet to be confirmed. The event will house Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourgish
delegates
to
discuss
current European affairs attaining to Climate and Sustainability. The event will take place in Dutch and French, with English used as an intermediate language. The theme of Climate and Sustainibility is subdivided into sustainable mobility, renewable energy and energy transition.

CALL DETAILS
TWO VICE PRESIDENTS We are looking for two Vice Presidents to lead the academics of the session. The Vice Presidents will be accompanied by the President
of
the
Benelux
Parliament,
Patricia Creutz. She will preside over the General Assembly and check the topics that were created and phrased by the Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents will lead the remainder of the academic programme of the session, including leading the Chairs Team, giving CMOJ training, and guiding Teambuilding and Committee Work. There will be no Topic Overviews for this session. A certain flexibility is expected of the VicePresidents
in
terms
of
vision
for
the
academics. The Vice Presidents must be fluent in English as well as in either French or Dutch. ONE OR TWO EDITOR(S) We are looking for one or two Editor(s) to lead the Media Team. The Media Team will be in charge of the media output of the session, and will be given full creative freedom in this. The Editor(s) must be proficient in English as well as in either French or Dutch.

ORGANISERS We are looking for Organisers to organise the session. The Organisers will lead the communication with and management of participants, as well as the logistics of the session, such as transfers and materials. Large
preparatory
budgeting,
tasks,
fundraising

arranging
venues and food, have already been taken care of. The Organising Team will be led by representatives
from
the
NC
Boards.
Fluency in either French or Dutch is strongly preferred.

Members of any NC are welcome to apply, taking into account the language requirements.

The Boards of EYP Belgium, EYP The Netherlands and EYP Luxembourg will consider the applications shortly after the deadline.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The Benelux Youth Forum will take place in Brussels on the 21st and 22nd of October 2021. A CMOJ day has yet to be confirmed. The event will house Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourgish delegates to discuss current European affairs attaining to Climate and Sustainability. The event will take place in Dutch and French, with English used as an intermediate language.
