A
nother year for the European Pavilion at Busan’s Asian Film Market! Together with UniFrance films, European Film Promotion (EFP) is offering European sales companies and member organisations of EFP a base at one of Asia’s most important film markets. The expanded European Pavilion, run by EFP from 3–6 October, is located prominently at the Asian Film Market with amble space to promote, meet, network and do business in Asia on behalf of European films. It is at the European Pavilion where Asia’s industry has the opportunity to find out about recent feature films, documentaries, animation and children’s films from all over Europe. 37 sales companies and six national institutes are on site this autumn to present the best in European movies. The Asian Film Market has become one of the leading film markets in Asia on a par with the FILMART in Hong Kong, providing expanded exhibition areas at Busan’s convention center, BEXCO, for the film industry, triggering production, acquisition, sales and investment of films. We are looking forward to a successful 2015.
