Day 1: Arrive in Vienna and start your tour with a sightseeing tour of the city ending with a ride on the Ferris Wheel which offers breath-taking views of the city.
Day 1: Land in the beautiful city of Krakow, take a trip out to the Wieliczka Salt Mine one of the oldest in Europe.
Day 1: Arrive in the heart of the capital. Start with a Walking Tour themed around Jack the Ripper led by experts on the case, through the Victorian East End streets. Afterwards, enjoy a pre-theatre meal and experience a West End Show. You can choose from a great selection of the world’s most popular performances.
Day 1: Touch down in the city that never sleeps! Drop off your bags and head back up into the sky for some 360º views of Manhattan from the Top of the Rock.
Day 2: Visit the museum of the world’s most famous psychologist Sigmund Freud, exploring his life and work from his former home in Vienna. Spend the afternoon visiting the Narrenturm, meaning “Fools Tower”, which is continental Europe’s oldest mental hospital and now a museum of pathological exhibits. Day 3: Explore the history of Judaism in Austria and how it shaped modern society at the Judenplatz Museum and Holocaust Memorial. Follow this by learning about how Austrians resisted the Nazi regime at the Resistance Archive and then take some time out on a Danube cruise. Day 4: Round off your trip with a visit to the Belvedere Palace Gardens a popular tourist spot before your return flight home.
Day 2: Take a Guided Walking Tour of the old Kazimierz Jewish Quarter and the Schindler Factory to explore the concepts of conformity and obedience under the Nazi regime. Visit the Galicia Jewish Museum and get the chance to meet a Holocaust Survivor. Follow this with a traditional meal and Folklore Show. Day 3: Spend the day analysing the persecution that took place at Auschwtiz - Birkenau Concentration Camp. After a poignant and moving day let off some steam at the Wodny Waterpark. Day 4: Explore Krakow’s Old Town with time to shop for souvenirs in the market stalls of Cloth Hall before you head home.
Day 2: Start the day with a visit to the Freud Museum, preserved just as it was during his lifetime. Move on to the Holocaust Exhibition at the Imperial War Museum where your students can see photographs, artefacts, posters and film documenting this period. Day 3: Spend the day taking part in a London Zoo Phobias Workshop, helping your students to explore the psychology of phobias in an interactive way. Take an evening trip on the lastminute.com London Eye after dinner for amazing view of the city. Day 4: Get a last glimpse of London’s main sights on a Thames Cruise before some last minute souvenir shopping and your return journey back home.
Day 2: Spend the day following the story of New York’s first immigrants from their arrival at Ellis Island to life in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Students will learn about their motivation for coming to New York, the gruelling conditions, the persecution they faced and their process of acculturation or integration. Shop in Times Square, before enjoying a hit Broadway show. Day 3: Take a guided tour of the United Nations Headquarters before visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum to learn exactly how the attacks altered the physical and emotional landscape of the city. Day 4: Make your way up to the High Line for a great view of the city. Enjoy some free time and last minute shopping before you make your way to the airport.

This immersive event gives students the opportunity to meet experts face to face and provide them with all the inspiration they need for their exams including memorable examples and case studies. Speakers will present the most current issues with presentations linked to key topics covered in the AQA, OCR and Edexcel A Level curriculum. Through their real-life experiences our speakers will help the students understand how psychology is applied in the real world. Day 5: Early morning arrival in the UK, tired and inspired. The speakers were excellent. The pupils really enjoyed the conference and it was very relevant to their learning.
