All our offers, sales and delivery contracts are valid with reservation for force majeure of any kind. Delivery takes place with DHL/TNT, unless the customer has specified another mode of transport and sent us COMPLETED transport documents (Consignment note + sufficient number of completed address labels).

Cash on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery always takes place against cash on delivery overdue unpaid invoices for previous deliveries exist.

Claims can only be concidered if being made within 8 days after receiving the goods.

Returns:

The purchase is always binding as Eurosweet AB’s products are custom made for each customer. If there is any fault with the product, complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.

Repro:

First proof + 2 changes are free. Changes thereafter cost 30 EUR/proof. Proposals & repro will be charged 40 EUR in the event of cancelled order. The customer is fully responsible for the submitted original being correct. The risk of distortion of originals that occurred because they were transmitted digitally or by e-mail is the customers responsabilty. Minor deviations in the print from an approved color sample that occurred during production are not reasons for refusal such as failure of delivery. Eurosweet AB takes no responsability for original when instructions are given verbally via phone. Artwork:

PART DELIVERIES As candy in some respects is perishables we have made a system to help our custermers to always have their promotional candy new and fresh, but still have the advantge of the large quantities lower price. Therefore, it is possible to order the entire annual consumption at one time, but have it delivered in smaller lots. We print packaging for the entire order. If the customer has not taken out the entire order within 12 months, the remaining quantity will be produced and charged to the customer.
