Which law will apply in each case? In today’s article, we address these doubts and answer the most frequently asked ques tions about the best way to grant a Will in Spain.

Yes, you can grant a single Will for the worldwide assets. But it is also possible to make a Will that is limited to the assets and rights located in Spain. However, it is always advisable to study the nature of the assets to be inher ited, and what you wish to do with them. Please note that some legal figures only exist in foreign law, and not in Spain. An example of this could be the ‘Trust’ which is applicable in the UK, France, Italy, but not in Spain. In this case, it would not be advisable to grant a Spanish Will with a Trust as beneficiary.

Why is it advisable to grant a Will in Spain?

The information provided in this article is not intended as le gal advice, but simply conveys in formation related to legal issues.

If you enjoy watching birds, consider providing more varied feeding sta tions to attract more species.Unfortunately, tidier gardens and the changes in farming methods have reduced the natural food supply of species such as finches, buntings and sparrows.Providing sunflower seeds will help them. ROAD TEST

Genesis GV80 - style, presence and comfort

byMarkSlack

The luxury arm of Hyundai.

EARLIER this year I sampled the then new Genesis G70 saloon, closely followed by the GV80 SUV. The GV80 has the same styling cues as the sleek saloon models but just in larger, bolder form. Gen esis is the luxury arm of Hyundai which in turn, of course, owns Kia. Hyundai has managed to successfully build separation between Hyundai and Kia but with Genesis it’s a luxury brand and is a distinctly separate brand. With more than a touch of the Bentleyesque about Gen esis styling they have the abili ty to immediately make you feel that you are in something rather upmarket and special. There is a real feeling of quali ty in everything you can see and touch with some splendid

for a Bentley. Praise indeed! For a manufacturer to es tablish itself in the premium sector, when they are known for vehicles of a lower price point, it is far from easy as his tory has shown. I think Gene sis stands a real chance of be ing with us for the long term. The GV80 may not rewrite the automotive rule book but it’s got style, presence and enough creature comforts for continent crossing relaxation.
