FOR all our music lovers, have you thought about what concerts and gigs you want to go to this year?

On September 2, the Danish pop rock group TV2 will give their longawaited performance at Sohail Castle. This will be the last date and performance of their tour. Giving concert goers the opportunity to listen to some of the best Danish hits from the 80s and 90s. The band have been together since 1981 and released their first album in 1983. Celebrating over 40 years together and with the growing Danish community increasing across Spain it is great that bands such as TV 2 are making their way to the Costa del Sol.

If you would like to buy tickets to the upcoming date, be sure to check out Marenostrum Fuengirola for more information.

A Welsh evening

ON Saturday February 25 there is a special event in La Sierra called Some Enchanted Evening or Noson Lawen in Welsh as it has a Welsh theme being so close to Saint David’s Day on March 1.

It also celebrates Val’s 84th birthday but that is low key please, so no birthday cards or presents will be accepted. However, since so many charities need help so badly, a raffle will be held and you are invited to bring along something suitable to put in six shopping bags which will be the six prizes.

Bottles of wine, chocolates, biscuits, a good book, unwanted Christmas presents, etc all acceptable. The donation from the raffle will be given to a charity and guests have the opportunity of voting for which charity they choose to support.

The evening is proving popular ,with the stars of the show Ricky Lavazza and Emma Prothero entertaining the guests.

Appreciate, the fascinating colours, stunts, acrobats, trapeze artists, jugglers, robots from Transformers and much more. Enjoy being at the edge of your seat and gasp at the greatness of their performances and costumes for only €10. A tribute to the clowns of TV with Rody Aragon and only six more shows left from today, Thursday February 2!
