Professor Norris is a professor of Astronomy at the University of Lancashire who specializes in research into large star clusters. His talk will take place at 7pm at the Casa De Cultura (Sala de Actos) in Dénia on Thursday April 13.

“I will give a whistle stop tour of the astrophysical sites where the chemical elements that make up our bodies were created. On the journey we will visit the most extreme locations and events in the universe, the big bang, the cores of stars, supernovae and the titanic collisions of neutron stars,” explained the Professor.
