Rock route

MORE than 40 artists and musical groups are set to rock the stage at the 11th edition ‘Rock Route’ taking place in Torremolinos over two weekends, from Friday, May 19 to Sunday, May 21 and Friday, May 26 to Sunday, May 28.

The festival is not just about rock music, in fact, a total of 46 venues from Playamar to Los Álamos will offer free concerts featuring various music genres such as rock, pop, soul, indie, blues, and jazz, starting between 5pm and 10pm each night.

The programme kicks off on Friday, May 19 at 7pm in Bar América with Nico Sabatini. Mg Jamón Carihuela will host a performance by ‘ This is your letter’ at 8pm before a concert by Mirinda at Le Grand Café Torremolinos at 10pm.

Juan Romero will also perform at 10pm at Jartín de la Nuit, while Silver Beats will give two performances at 8pm and 10pm at Restaurante Colonia.
