SWANSEA CITY AFC has recently made its way to Pinatar Arena in San Pedro del Pinatar for a week­long training camp, from June 25 until July 1. The team is set to utilise the state­of­theart facilities and picturesque surroundings of the football training centre to prepare for their upcoming season.

Sailor’s Market

THE Sailor’s Market in Los Alcázares runs from July 1 until September and takes place in various locations throughout the town. Breakfast club

THE beach bar opening on the dog beach Playa Canina Las Moreras has generated excitement among beachgoers. The Bolnuevo Dog Club has planned to gather at the beach bar for breakfast, taking advantage of its early opening time of 8am. Dogs are welcome!

SAN JAVIER has recently made a significant stride in promoting a healthy lifestyle by inaugurating the largest publicly managed fitness centre in the Murcia Region. The new facility, situated in the heart of the town, boasts state­of­theart equipment and cuttingedge amenities to cater to fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

THE Barnuevo Esplanade in Santiago de la Ribera served as the venue for the School Final of Sailing and Canoeing, a thrilling event that concluded the training course. The competition brought together fifth and sixth­year Primary students from various schools in the town. Participants included CEIP El Mirador and CEIP Ntra. Sra. de Loreto, CEIP Fulgencio Ruiz, CEIP La Paz, CEIP Joaquín Carrión, CEIP Severo Ochoa, CEIP El Recuerdo, CC Sagrado Corazón, and the mangueño Mediterráneo.

Representing their respective schools, a team selected by the Centre participated in this prestigious final for both sailing and canoeing. The councillor for Sports presented the awards.
