ALSA is all set to kick off its beach bus service to Cala Cortina and El Portús beaches starting June 24. In collaboration with the town council, Alsa will operate urban bus line number 12, affectionately known as Bus Playa, connecting the heart of the city with these coastal destinations.

From Paseo de Alfonso XIII, the buses will commence their journey at 9.30am, continuing until 7.30pm for El Portús, and departing at 10.30am until 8.30pm for Cala Cortina. Operating every hour and a half, the buses will make multiple stops along the way, ensuring convenient access to the beaches.

This much­anticipated service will be available until mid­September, providing locals and tourists alike with a hassle­free transportation option to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. The route to Cala Cortina encompasses Paseo de Alfonso XIII, Capitanes Ripoll, Plaza Puertas de San José, and Cala Cortina. On the other hand, the route to El Portús covers Paseo de Alfonso XIII, Alameda de San Antón, Escudo, Sebastián Feringán, Cruce Cuatro Caminos, Canteras, and El Portús.

ODISEO the Michelin ­ starred restaurant in Murcia, in collaboration with the Aladina Foundation and Relaziones, has joined forces to support the construction of a much ­ needed gymnasium for paediatric oncology patients at the Virgen de la Arrixaca hospital in Murcia.

The Aladina Foundation has launched a crowdfunding campaign on its website to raise the necessary funds for the gymnasium.

As part of their efforts, Odiseo is hosting a special themed dinner event on Friday, June 30, where a percentage of the entrance fee will be donated to the foundation’s fund.
