CARAVACA DE LA CRUZ is set to host ‘Music and Wine’ this summer in its monumental spaces. The town council of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin Bullas have joined forces to organise these exciting events, which will take place on Thursdays in August and September.

Thursday, August 3: Bodegas del Rosario will set up outside the Archaeological Museum ‘La Soledad’, with a delightful saxophone performance by Sergio Ortega.

Attendees can engage in a range of activities, including playing with laser guns, riding pedal karts, trying out fluorescent make­up, and showcasing their dancing or singing talents.

These exciting events will be held at various locations, such as the garden of the Las Claras del Mar Menor Municipal Centre on Saturday, July 15, and the Manuel Floreal Menárguez Square on Sunday, July 30.

The event will consist of four open­air tastings in iconic locations, featuring Bodega Balcona, Bodegas del Rosario, Bodegas San Isidro, and Bodega Carrascalejo. The wine tastings will be accompanied by live music.

Thursday, August 24: Bodega San Isidro will lead the tasting in the Cloister of the Compañía de Jesús, complemented by a performance by Gloria Reina.

Finally, on Thursday, September 8, Bodega Carrascalejo, along with the musical group La Criba, will bring the cycle to a close with a memorable tasting outside the Museo de la Fiesta.

Art exhibition
