The Fiesta de los Mayores, a special event for older local residents, attracted around 1,000 people who enjoyed the performance by singer Laura Gallego.

Horse enthusiasts were also in for a treat with the sixth Concurso de Enjaezado a la Andaluza, a dazzling horse parade that showcased the best­dressed riders and horses in various categories, including Young Rider, Veteran Rider, and Couples.

There was also a traditional bullfight with a star­studded lineup featuring renowned bullfighters like Roca Rey, Alejandro Talavante, and David Galván. Celebrations also included a huge firework display which revellers gathered to watch.

Paula Herrera from the local council shared her delight with the event and its excellent figures, saying that it has become one of the most important celebrations in the region.

She also emphasised the positive impact on the town’s economy and praised the fairground for its size, accessibility, and versatility.
