Centre upgrade Joy of Summer

ALMUNECAR is set to carry out a technological transformation of the Social Services Centre with an investment exceeding €100,000.

The Councillor of Social Services, Maria del Carmen Reinoso, confirmed: "A project is being prepared to transform the information technology equipment of the Social Services Centres."

"The new equipment will help us to carry out more agile management and enable us to respond to the demands of users from all areas of Social Services faster."

The councillor added: "We will soon have the equipment needed to provide training.”

“We will equip ourselves with a network that guarantees networking for all professionals with a renewal of the Wi ­ Fi system providing new computer equipment, scanners and printers, among other materials."

THE Joy of Summer exhibition can be enjoyed in the La Galeria Exhibition Hall of Almunecar, Calle Velez 1, next to the Plaza Constitucion.

The works exhibited are mostly oil paintings, each with a very different theme. The artists involved are all part of the South Art Association of Almunecar.

The exhibition is open to the public until August 15 and can be visited every day between 8:00.PM to 10:30.PM.
