Total fee for EuroXpro 2014 in Poland is EUR: 240 EUR of a general fee and 20 EUR of damage fee deposit per delegate.
Additional fee Late registration fee - 280 EUR (after 9th of March) Cancelletion fee of EuroXpro - 240 EUR
This fee includes accommodation during the conference and 3 meals per day.
MCs or individuals are obligated to pay the conference fee till 2th of March 2014 MCs or individuals are obligated to send the bank confirmation of transfer (in English) to avoid misunderstanding connected with the exact time of transfer on email address: finance@euroxpro2014.com
DDL for payment: 1st round of application – 02.03.2014 - after this date You will be treated by CC team as a person who resigned from the participation in the conference! Please check twice if the title of transfer is correct with our request. Transfers with incorrect title will be rejected.

If you canâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t find your country on list, you need to apply for visa to go to Poland. We are supposed to help you in this process by sending you an Invitation Letter, which should be presented in Polish Embassy in your place of living. To get the Invitation Letter, please contact us by sending an email on our inbox: delegates@euroxpro2014.com. REMEMBER: you should type in your e-mail subject [visa request]. In case you will not do it, you need to wait longer for our reply. Â
Chief delegates Each country should select the Chief Delegate by 24.02.2014. This person will be responsible for the contact between the Delegation of the country and the CC Team.
Chief Delegate should report themselves by
